Welcome to the Houston El Norte Property Owners Association website. A property owner’s association is established to help the community by protecting common property, members, and overall property value. All property owners are automatically a member, since membership is mandatory and automatic for all property owners in the subdivision. The Association is currently in the Development Control Period and the Board of Directors consist of the Developers. The Board of Directors are in charge of voting and making decisions for the betterment of the community. Contact CH&P Management, your Association’s Managing Agent, to learn more about how you can be involved in helping better your community. Governing Documents filed in the County Property Records bind the property owner and the association to each other through mandated actions. Mandatory assessments are charged once per year in order to operate and maintain the community association and common property. Our goal as an Association is to help the community by providing general maintenance of the common areas and protecting overall property value by enforcing the Deed Restrictions.
