Rancho San Vicente, Partial Replat Subdivision is a 635-lot community built in 2015. This subdivision is located near Cleveland, Texas in the County of Liberty.
The location of this subdivision is on the east side of FM 1010 and County Road 341, a short drive to FM 2090 towards US 59/69. Soon, Houston commuters will have a new access to SH 99, The Grand Parkway.
