This is not the Annual Member/Owners Meeting. This board meeting will be open to the public but only a limited time allowed for guests to speak.

1. Call to order and introductions
2. Review financials and take action regarding financial reports
3. Review and take action regarding the approval of July 10, 2018 Board Meeting Minutes
4. Review and take action regarding landscaping contracts
5. Review and take action regarding landscaping contract for all park and pavilion mowing
6. Review and take action regarding drainage easement mowing
7. Review and take action regarding subdivision entrance signage
8. Review and take action regarding the Neighborhood Watch committee
9. Discuss current issues with the Cleveland Post Office
10. Discuss and take action regarding amending language in the Bylaws under Section 5.5.4
(The Board will hear from homeowners at the beginning of the meeting and answer questions. Board Meetings are open to Members. You may come to see what is discussed and how the Board Members vote; however, certain items may be discussed in closed/executive session.)
